Hand-crafted with pride

All of our patches are made in the USA. Each patch is die-cut and hand made by a Veteran. Our primary patches are felt with designs ranging from layered felt to sublimation transferred imaging.

  • A Blank Canvas

    Starting with a blank canvas, every patch is made with a base felt blank cut specifically for that patch.

  • Detailed Design

    Careful tedious work is put in every patch, with final overall design being finished by hand. This means every patch although very similar will always be unique.

  • Pieces Joined

    After the base blank and detailed design are complete they are aligned by hand and joined. Various methods from heat bonding to sublimated transfers are used. Then each patch is hand finished before shipping.
